Terms and Conditions
This agreement ("Agreement") between You
("You") and OwnerList.net ("
OwnerList.net") consists of real estate
property online advertisement and marketing for sale, for
rent by owner or agent Terms and Conditions ("Terms
and Conditions"). You agree that you have read and
understand the Terms and Condition ("Terms and Conditions")
as well as Privacy Policy ("Privacy
Policy"). If you don't agree to be bound by our Terms
and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") then
you should not use our services.
1. Member Registration:
- You ("You") confirm that all information
you provide during the registration is accurate. As a
registered member ("member") of OwnerList.net ("OwnerList.net"),
you ("You") can change your personal
information. If you forget either your username or password
or both, you may request them by simply providing us with
your registered e-mail address.
- You ("You") are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your username and password, and
you are solely responsible for all activities that occur
under your username and password. We recommend that you
memorize this information, and not write it down.
- You ("You") agree to immediately notify
us of any unauthorized use of your username and password
or any other breach of security related to the services.
2. Condition of use:
You ("You") are entirely legal responsible
for all postings to OwnerList.net ("OwnerList.net"). Listed below are some
violations, which may result in OwnerList.net
("OwnerList.net") shall delete
your postings.
- Transmit any contents that is unlawful, harmful, threatening,
abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene,
libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially,
ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
- Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable
local, state, province, national or international law,
including but not limited to any regulations having the
force of law while using or accessing OwnerList.net in any manner.
3. Copyrighted Content:
All real estate property advertisements, postings, writings,
graphics, and all other services in OwnerList.net ("OwnerList.net")
are the property of OwnerList.net ("OwnerList.net") international copyright
laws. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
4.Payment Policy:
In OwnerList.net ("OwnerList.net"), by placing a property for sale by owner
or agent advertisement, OwnerList.net will
be not refund "NO REFUNDS" on any real
estate property advertising or portion thereof. Once an
ad is placed with OwnerList.net ("
OwnerList.net"), regardless of when, or
if, you sell your property, or cancel your ad, you guarantee
payment.
5.Disclaimer of Warranties
- YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
- NO WARRANTY THAT OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
- NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
- ANY MATERIAL YOU USE THROUGH OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN
DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM.
